Responsibilities:
Ensure a continuous line of communication is kept open with the appropriate internal and external customer representatives to maintain a high level of program status awareness, provide timely recognition and resolution of problems.Assist in identifying the staffing/resource needs for assigned and projected programs to ensure adequate staffing for successful program completion.Perform Risk Analysis to ensure successful program execution.Assist in the development of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) compliant proposals.Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Manager/Director of ProgramsAssists in ensuring compliance with approved Corporate and AS9100 Policies and Processes

Typically 1-3 years of related experience or; Bachelors in Engineering, Aerospace or Program Management.Typically 1-3 years of program management experience managing projects requiring Earned Value Management.Experience with ensuring compliance with approved Corporate and ISO 9001:2000 Policies and Processes.General knowledge of GPS and Radar systems is a plus.#Ll-hybrid
