The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate Project Administrator to join our team in Everett, WA.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities Project Administrator to support the facilities team with projects and oversight of contracted services. The successful candidate would be a quick learner with a focus on customer service who enjoys the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks both as an individual and as part of a team.

Position Responsibilities:

Evaluates facilities requests and meets with customer to define requirements for facilities projects

Develops project options with customer and develops scope of work in order to meet the customer's requirements

Crafts layouts and conceptual designs

Works with affected parties to define functionality and constructability

Assembles and releases work package by collecting and integrating various individual documents such as facilities work order, contract service request, drawings, vendor quotes, schedule, and permits

Acquires facilities design and resources commitments for projects

Evaluates contractor proposals for fair and reasonable cost

Monitors and coordinate implementation activities such as relocations, construction, utility shutdowns, budget management, schedule, and project reviews

Coordinates with affected parties and support functions such as customer, designers, SHEA, crafts, Security, and network infrastructure to build an agreed to implementation plan

Ensures completion and retention of project records by following the standard operating procedure for closure and update of appropriate documents, forms, permits, work management systems, commissioning and as-built drawings 

Ensures that project implementation meets established quality, cost, schedule targets and regulatory requirements

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

1+ years of experience leading and managing projects

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's Degree or higher

1+ years of experience in budgeting and forecasting

1+ years of experience reading & interpreting aerospace engineering drawings and specifications

1+ years of experience in project cost management

1+ years of experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD package

1+ years of experience with standard project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and Project Server

1+ years of facilities and/or site services experience

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Shift:

This position will be for first shift.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary pay range: $73,950 - $100,050
