Job SummaryThe Associate Project Controls Analyst is responsible for supporting cost and/or schedule management of limited scope and complexity on a variety of projects and provides cross-departmental support. Assignments may include updating project schedules, preparing cost reports and preparing ad-hoc reporting for project management.
Job Responsibilities Responsibilities include forecast and/or schedule management of projects of limited scope, complexity, and providing support to field and department staff. Assignments may include updating project schedules, preparing cost reports and preparing ad-hoc reporting for project management. Schedule Management: develop and maintain resource loaded project schedules, including identifying areas where mitigating actions are necessary. Participate in schedule coordination meetings. Cost Management: maintain and incorporate budget into forecasting tool. Review actual costs and prepare forecasts for multiple projects, identifying areas where mitigating actions are necessary. Participate in cost performance review sessions. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Construction Management Associate Project Controls Analyst: 0-2 yrs. relevant project controls experience (internship/co-op experience may be included as relevant project controls experience). Project Controls Analyst: 2+ years relevant project controls experience2+ years’ Experience with various computer software, specifically Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat. Preferred experience with PowerPlan, PeopleSoft, SAP, Primavera P6, and/or Microsoft Access.
2+ years of demonstrated leadership experience by leading projects and/or teams
Preferred Qualifications Experience in utility operations or related field preferably with an emphasis in accounting, finance and regulatory oversight Experience in developing and updating project cost estimates, cash flow and forecasts for use in annual forecasting, resource planning and monitoring progress against baselines. Experience with various computer software, including SAP, and intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)End Date: 01/22/2025
Pay Range Minimum: $66,898.00
Pay Range Maximum: $115,399.18
The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs. At WEC Energy Group, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
