Associate Project Manager

Ibotta is seeking an Associate Strategic Project Manager to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. You will be responsible for supporting different projects across our business including but not limited to; Ibotta’s space planning strategy, operational efficiency opportunities, and enabling new GTM strategies for our customers. These projects influence all internal teams at Ibotta, and every day is different.

​​This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:

Designs, plans, and manages cross-functional projects with initial focus on a physical office build out project

Set project goals, identify key wins and risks, and anticipates potential future risks and/or opportunities that could help or hinder project progress

Oversee day-to-day tasks and maintain PMO documents to accurately report on project progress

Leverage partnerships with stakeholders and vendors and apply creative problem-solving techniques

Facilitate meetings, assign clear action items and follow-ups

Develop standards and training materials that support facility services

Establish KPIs and monitor quantitative impact of projects

Lead effective project reviews and retrospectives to gather feedback, implement issue detection processes, and take action to make improvements

Continually build out your problem solving and project management toolkits through projects, on-going professional development, and collaboration with the team

What we are looking for:

2+ years experience as a Project Manager over successful projects in a fast-paced, technology company or related field

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Technical skills: Demonstrated competency in all phases of Project Management

Knowledge of facilities-related project management or physical office build outs preferred 

Proficiency in using project management software and tools to manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources 

Ability to be self-directed and perform at a high level in a dynamic environment

Stakeholder management skills, with ability to manage expectations and support conflict resolution (resource, interpersonal, etc.)

Experience communicating with executives across various departments as well as external vendors 

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks

Additional Details

This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks and occasional meals.

Base compensation range: $77,000-88,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
