Get your hard hat ready. We’re not just renovating the travel experience – we’re renovating our physical spaces too. And our Corporate Real Estate team is on the front lines of procuring, designing and developing spaces at all our hubs, stations and city locations across the world. From airport affairs and business services to planning and development, this team is responsible for all our leases and major construction and renovation projects, system wide.

Key Responsibilities:

The Associate Project Manager, will play a crucial role in managing their projects as well as supporting the Planning and Development Director and the Business Service Team in effectively managing project portfolios, labor resources, reviewing invoices, change orders, contracts, and more. Pays meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will contribute to the successful execution of projects and the overall growth of our organization.

Project ManagementTake ownership of assigned projects, ensuring their successful execution from initiation to completionDevelop and maintain project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocationSupport the evaluation of project proposals, feasibility studies, and business cases to determine project viabilityProject Portfolio ManagementAssist in maintaining and updating the project portfolio, including tracking project progress, deadlines, and deliverablesCollaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budgetResource AllocationSupport the Planning and Development Director in managing labor resources for various projectsAssist in coordinating team assignments, tracking availability, and optimizing resource allocation to ensure efficient project executionFinancial ManagementReview and analyze invoices, change orders, and contracts to ensure accuracy and adherence to project budgetsCollaborate with the Finance Department to resolve any discrepancies and facilitate timely payment processingEnsure compliance with legal and organizational requirementsIdentify and communicate any potential risks or issuesFinancial CoordinationCollaborate closely with the finance team to manage project funding, budget request, and forecastsTrack capital/operating costs and spend and provide regular updates to finance and leadershipDocumentation and ReportingMaintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, project forecasts, and status reportsGenerate reports and presentation decks on project progress, key metrics, and resource utilization for management review and decision-making

Stakeholder Communication

Facilitate effective communication with internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractorsAssist in organizing and coordinating project meetings, workshops, and presentationsRisk ManagementIdentify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with the project teamMonitor and report on risk status, ensuring proactive measures are in place to minimize project disruptionsQuality AssuranceSupport quality control efforts by participating in project reviews and ensuring compliance with established standards and proceduresContinuous ImprovementContribute to the enhancement of project management processes and methodologiesFind opportunities for streamlining workflows, optimizing resource utilization, and improving overall project efficiency

The base pay range for this role is $64,885.00 to $88,440.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
