Job Title: Associate Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, collaborating with stakeholders, coordinating meetings, and maintaining clear communication to ensure project alignment and transparency. You will support cross-functional teams and adapt to various project needs.

ResponsibilitiesCreate and track project and functional tasks and timelines using Smartsheet to ensure tasks, deliverables, project schedules, and all project milestones are clear and communicated to key stakeholders.Work closely with stakeholders to develop meeting agendas, ensuring all relevant topics are covered.Schedule and attend meetings, take detailed meeting minutes, document action items, and track decisions made.Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.Liaise between functional team members and cross-functional teams, including cross-functionally focused program managers within the PPM department.Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to move between functions, teams, and tasks as needed to support project goals.Support or move between different functions within the organization depending on workload and project needs.Essential SkillsMinimum of 4 years of experience within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry in a project coordinator or junior project management role.BS degree in life sciences, healthcare, project management, engineering, or a related field.Proficiency in Smartsheet for the creation of project timelines and tracking (experience with other PM tools such as MS Project can be transferable).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsPMP or CAPM certification is strongly preferred.Formal project management training or certification is preferred but not required.Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and create comprehensive meeting agendas.Excellent note-taking skills for meeting minutes, action items, and decisions.Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and adapt to changing project needs.Able to prioritize tasks and work independently.Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.Work Environment

This is a 100% remote position, with preference for candidates in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone. Minimal travel is required (

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00
