This person will play a critical role on our team ensuring that we are providing quality service to our clients. Responsibilities · Ability to be the primary contact for all customer interactions related to clinical, pharma, and clinical trial testing. · Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout laboratory processing, maintaining customer deliverables, and resolving any issues accurately. · Maintain accurate logs of current samples in for testing and perform quality checks on all deliverables to customers. · Training other client services personnel as required is also part of the job. · Maintain a complaint log to document any customer issues and notify leadership of all perceived issues and complaints. · Handle genetic sequencing patient tumor samples, organize activities for testing, intake/cataloging of samples, and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders on testing. · Manage discrepancies with testing and maintain heavy documentation, which will be submitted to the FDA. You will be the first person to intake the sample and the last person to touch it when it gets sent back out. Skills Required · Previous experience in a clinical or pharmaceutical setting · Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook · Advanced Microsoft Excel skills · Understanding of regulatory compliance and HIPAA · Knowledge of medical terminology · Ability to work in various database systems Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.50 - $27.50/hr.
