As Associate Project Manager you will be responsible for the successful execution of Tier 2 projects, in all technical and commercial aspects. The Associate Project Manager will support European countries in driving their projects according the PMO processes and work in a close manner with the Project team in Europe, Manilla and Pune.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Manage, control and have overall responsibility for the successful execution and health of a project; Accountable for the overall success of the project in terms of Customer Satisfaction, financial targets, deliver targets and team expectations; Lead and manages all activities relating to the customers projects requirements and ensures PMO process and standard methodologies are followed; Build and maintain relationships across the organization to facilitate successful project execution; Maintains timely and consistent communication & reporting to all collaborators; Demonstrates integrated change management and risk management including use of the Risk Register; Provide regular project status updates and deliver accurate project performance metrics and KPI's; Participates and assist Sales during the pursuit/proposal in maintaining the customer relationship and provides insight on execution capabilities;

For This Role, You Will Need:
Technical Engineering degree or Equivalent; Proficient PC office applications: MS Word/Excel etc. Fluent English language skills, reading, writing & verbal (other European languages appreciated); Understand Customers Processes; Project Management knowledge; Acceptance of flexible working time;
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Ability to interface effectively with multiple functional areas: Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality Control, Finance, Logistics Firm in commercial and contractual aspects of projects; Professional working experience in projects is preferred
