Associate Project Manager Job ID 206209 Posted 13-Feb-2025 Service line PJM Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Construction, Data Centers, Project Management Location(s) Henderson - Nevada - United States of America, Las Vegas - Nevada - United States of America **About the role** The Associate Project Manager will assist Project Management teams This role will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and office support including but not limited to organizing meetings, maintaining communication with the team, creating impactful data visualizations, managing information for further analysis and coordination of deliverables from site based Project Coordinators. On site in Henderson, NV **What you’ll do** + Support Project Management team to manage all facets of project management + Conduct periodic site visits to monitor the progress of construction. Review the status of work completed during the period covered and confirm work is aligned with the approved drawings and specifications. + Collect and manage team action items + Organize regional team building, team integration & communication training, and summits + Coordinate with site based Project Coordinators for opportunities for standardization, shared lessons learned and efficiency + Review all documentation submitted by Developers. This includes contractors’ direct cost payment requisitions, budget status, subcontracts, etc. + Design and develop impactful data visualizations, including interactive dashboards and automated reports, for diverse audiences + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver insightful analyses, and effectively communicate findings. + Create and maintain reporting + Identify and document recurring team deliverables + Prepare and communicate upcoming deliverables + Support and schedule new team members onboarding and training + Manage and maintain site based training tools, incorporating lessons learned, document updates, training material + Oversee construction and disbursement schedules. This includes zoning approvals, certified surveys, building permits etc. + Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince others to reach an agreement. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Excellent written and verbal presentation skills and the ability to optimally present information. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide efficient, timely, and courteous service to customers. + Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. and the ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. + Strong interpersonal skills with an inquisitive mentality. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite products.
