**About the role**
This is a great opportunity to work in a team setting in a high paced environment with the world's largest commercial real estate company!
The Associate Project Manager will assist Project Management teams on capital project delivery and solutions for clients, with direct accountability for project delivery. This is not a remote position and requires someone to be onsite in San Francisco a minimum of three days per week.
**What you’ll do**
+ Support Project Management team to manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual commercial real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
+ Assist and support Financial Class A interiors MAC projects including moves, refresh, restacks, furniture, etc.
+ Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.
+ Track progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Crafts action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule.
+ May manage smaller projects as assigned. May manage third party project delivery resources/team (typically smaller team) and be responsible for tracking performance and motivating team members.
**What you’ll need**
+ Bachelor's degree and one to three years of architectural or construction background or move management experience. AEC experience should include construction project management, owner's rep or project management experience.
+ Knowledge with electrical construction projects is preferred.
+ Excellent written and verbal presentation skills and the ability to optimally present information. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide efficient, timely, and courteous service to customers.
+ Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings. Working understanding in MS Project is helpful. Knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices preferred.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $70,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $85,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
