Job Description An employer is looking for an Associate Project Manager in Los Angeles, CA. The Associate Project Manager executes on digital creative projects to support a large award show voting website. This project manager: Applies project management principles and best practices to independently manage digital creative projects Manages the full project lifecycle (scope, requirements, schedule, development, delivery) from project green light through completion Coordinates cross-functional resources across video, photo, copy and design Develops timelines, tracks progress, escalates issues and mitigates risks Creates and maintain comprehensive project documentation Provides clear and concise status to management, project teams and stakeholders Facilitates meetings including scheduling, setting the agenda, facilitating discussion, recapping meeting notes and following up on action items We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements -2+ years Project Management experience working with digital or engineering projects -Proven experience of successful delivery and managing of projects -Adept in a fast-paced environment -Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with a keen attention to detail -Strong people skills and ability to work across functions -Able to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats -Proficient with Office suite and Atlassian suite of development tools, specifically Jira and Confluence -Ability to prioritize multiple projects based on changing requirements - Some technical background, with alacrity for design, marketing, sales, and business development in regards to understanding impact on project prioritization - Entertainment/media background null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
