The Associate Project Manager initiates the onboarding of B2B integration projects, supports high-volume activities, and keeps clients and internal SHI teams/stakeholders aware of upcoming milestones and open items. The specialist also adjusts the implementation schedule to accommodate last-minute changes, urgent requests, and changing priorities.

Include, but not limited to:  

Guide and educate clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders about the integration process and service catalog options and costsHost stakeholder calls for new onboarding projectsTrack activities, assignments, due dates, baselines, change requests, and completion of new integration projectsProvide implementation project status updates to stakeholders Escalate client issues, project delays, and other timeline changesEnsure completion of implementation workflow stepsMaintain and update team processes and documents Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience2+ years of client-facing experience2+ years of project management experience Required Skills Ability to work both individually and in a team environmentProficiency in Asana and MS Office tools Strong written and verbal communication skillsCapable of determining and managing priorities, goals, objectives, and deadlinesAbility to multitask and complete tasks with efficiency and accuracy Ability to work effectively within all levels of an organization, both internally and externallyGood research skills and the ability to manage detailsExcellent organization and time management skills

Additional experience within the B2BAnalytics, dashboards, reports, presentations Additional Information The estimated annual pay range for this position is $50,000 - $80,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
