Associate Project Manager - Remote Job ID 197520 Posted 11-Dec-2024 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Project Management Location(s) Atlanta - Georgia - United States of America, Dallas - Texas - United States of America As an Associate Project Manager, you will be playing a critical role in supporting a project management team for highly visible and exciting infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a background working in a support role for infrastructure or construction project teams. Experience with accounts payable/accounts receivable, data processing, and vendor management is highly preferred. **What you’ll do!** Coordinating all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. Prepares work to be accomplished by capturing and sorting documents and related information. Processes proposals for invoices by verifying transaction information, scheduling, preparing disbursements, and acquiring authorization of payment. Harnessing CBRE standards to complex real estate documents related to agreements, contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings. Supports infrastructure construction and renovation projects and ensures detailed staff understands and implements safety requirements, operations, policies, and procedures. Stewards account-specific Key Performance Indicators and promotes overall program improvements. Performs training and ongoing mentoring for junior-level staff. Building strong relationships with clients to ensure projects are being delivered against established expectations and to explore opportunities for program improvements. Identifies project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification processes; conducts standard requests for proposals; completes bid analysis; recommends resources to clients. Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources briefed. **What you’ll need!** Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/Bang/BArch) required from College or University or equivalent related experience in lieu of degree.
