Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience in automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for creating efficient high-quality software solutions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement automation solutions that enhance our operational efficiency and contribute to our overall mission.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of automation systems.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation-related issues.Maintain and update existing automation systems to ensure they meet current standards and requirements.Document all aspects of automation projects including design implementation and maintenance procedures.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in automation to continuously improve our systems.Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to automation solutions.Ensure that all automation solutions comply with industry regulations and company policies.Train and mentor junior developers on automation best practices and techniques.Contribute to the overall improvement of our software development processes through innovative automation solutions.Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that all automation solutions meet the highest standards of quality.Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in automation development.Demonstrate strong technical skills in automation tools and technologies.Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Show proficiency in programming languages commonly used in automation.Have experience working in a collaborative team-oriented environment.Display strong communication skills both written and verbal.Experience in the Payer domain is a plus.Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Certifications Required
Certified Automation Professional (CAP) ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer
