Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in NoSQL/MongoDB Admin PowerShell Windows and MS SQL Server. This role involves overseeing technical projects ensuring the stability and performance of our database systems and contributing to the overall success of our IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead the administration and management of NoSQL/MongoDB databases to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Oversee the development and implementation of PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows-based systems to maintain operational stability.Manage MS SQL Server databases including installation configuration and maintenance to ensure data integrity and availability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement database solutions that meet business requirements.Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for database configurations processes and procedures.Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations through regular monitoring and updates.Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.Participate in the planning and execution of disaster recovery and backup strategies to safeguard critical data.Analyze system performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvements to optimize resource utilization.Coordinate with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues and implement new technologies.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in database management and related technologies.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in NoSQL/MongoDB administration with hands-on experience in managing large-scale databases.Demonstrate proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and task management.Have in-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and their administration.Exhibit expertise in MS SQL Server including installation configuration and performance tuning.Show excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
