Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAFE BDD ALM UAF SQL Cucumber Jenkins Scrum Java TestNG Jira Maven and PL/SQL. Experience in the Telecom domain is a plus. The role involves ensuring the highest quality standards in our software products contributing to the companys mission of delivering top-notch solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality.Oversee the implementation of automated testing frameworks using tools like Cucumber Jenkins and TestNG.Provide expertise in SAFE and Scrum methodologies to enhance team efficiency and project delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects.Utilize ALM and Jira for effective test management and defect tracking.Implement Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices to align testing with business requirements.Conduct thorough SQL and PL/SQL testing to ensure database integrity and performance.Develop and maintain test scripts using Java and Maven.Ensure compliance with UAF standards in all testing activities.Perform root cause analysis on defects and provide recommendations for improvements.Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best testing practices.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and results.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in SAFE BDD ALM UAF SQL Cucumber Jenkins Scrum Java TestNG Jira Maven and PL/SQL.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Have experience in the Telecom domain is a plus.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.Show proficiency in automated testing frameworks and tools.Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.Display the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.Be committed to continuous improvement and staying updated with industry trends.Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agile environment.Show a strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
