Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel Excel Services on SharePoint and Automation along with domain experience in Claims. This role involves developing and maintaining solutions that enhance our claims processing capabilities ensuring efficiency and accuracy in our operations.


Responsibilities

Develop and maintain solutions using MS Excel and Excel Services on SharePoint to streamline claims processing.Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort in claims management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to MS Excel and SharePoint services.Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all developed solutions to support reliable claims processing.Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing solutions to ensure they remain effective and up-to-date.Document all development processes changes and updates to maintain clear and comprehensive records.Train and support team members in the use of developed tools and solutions to ensure smooth adoption.Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance overall efficiency.Stay updated with the latest developments in MS Excel SharePoint and automation technologies to apply best practices.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain high-quality standards.Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all developed solutions.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis techniques.Have experience with Excel Services on SharePoint for developing and maintaining collaborative solutions.Demonstrate proficiency in automation tools and techniques to streamline processes.Exhibit domain knowledge in claims processing to understand and address specific business needs.Show excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.Display strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
