Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cloud Engineer with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MSExchangeOnlineAdministration MSExchangeAdmin M365-Messaging M365 Messaging Migration and Design&ImplementMsgingSrvc. This role is focused on the education domain and offers a work-from-home model with day shifts. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the administration of MS Exchange Online to ensure seamless communication services.Implement and maintain MS Exchange Admin tasks to support organizational messaging needs.Provide expertise in M365 Messaging to enhance and optimize messaging services.Lead M365 Messaging Migration projects to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.Design and implement messaging services to meet the evolving needs of the education sector.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate messaging solutions with other IT services.Monitor and troubleshoot messaging systems to ensure high availability and performance.Develop and document best practices for messaging services to ensure consistency and reliability.Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effectiveness of messaging tools.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud messaging services.Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organizational policies.Contribute to the continuous improvement of messaging services to enhance user experience.Support the organizations mission by ensuring reliable and efficient communication services.Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in MSExchangeOnlineAdministration and MSExchangeAdmin.Demonstrate proficiency in M365-Messaging and M365 Messaging Migration.Have experience in designing and implementing messaging services.Show a deep understanding of the education domain and its specific needs.Exhibit excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cloud messaging technologies.Be able to work independently in a remote work environment.Have a proactive approach to learning and professional development.Show commitment to ensuring data protection and compliance.Demonstrate the ability to train and support end-users effectively.Possess strong documentation and best practice development skills.Exhibit a customer-focused mindset to enhance user satisfaction.The Cognizant community:
