Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience specializing in Automation within the Payer domain. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during day shifts. This role involves developing and maintaining automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support our mission to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Provide technical expertise in automation to support various projects within the Payer domain.Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts and tools.Monitor and analyze the performance of automation solutions to identify areas for improvement.Document all automation processes and maintain comprehensive records for future reference.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all automation activities.Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and share insights.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies.Assist in the training and mentoring of junior developers in automation best practices.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.Support the companys mission by delivering high-quality automation solutions that enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.Have 5 to 7 years of experience in software development with a focus on automation.Demonstrate strong technical skills in automation tools and frameworks.Show expertise in the Payer domain and its specific requirements.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Display effective communication and collaboration skills.Be proficient in programming languages commonly used in automation such as Python or Java.Have experience with version control systems like Git.Understand and apply best practices in software development and automation.Be capable of working in a hybrid model with minimal supervision.Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Be detail-oriented and focused on delivering high-quality results.

Certifications Required

Certified Automation Professional (CAP) Certified Payer Specialist (CPS)
