Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in DellBoomi Integration and various Kronos Dimensions modules. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a focus on day shifts. The candidate will contribute to IT business support ensuring seamless integration and functionality of our systems.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain integration solutions using DellBoomi Integration.Implement and support Kronos Dimensions modules including Attestation Mobility Activities Forecasting Advanced Scheduling Attendance Accruals and Timekeeper.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design integration solutions.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration issues.Ensure data accuracy and integrity across integrated systems.Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve potential issues.Optimize integration processes for efficiency and performance.Document integration processes and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure best practices.Work closely with IT business support teams to align integration solutions with business needs.Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration methodologies and tools.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Qualifications
Possess strong experience in DellBoomi Integration.Have hands-on experience with Kronos Dimensions modules including Attestation Mobility Activities Forecasting Advanced Scheduling Attendance Accruals and Timekeeper.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.Show proficiency in documenting technical processes and solutions.Have a background in IT business support is a plus.Display a commitment to staying updated with industry trends and best practices.Certifications Required
