Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 4 to 5 years of experience in Cisco SAN Switch Admin Brocade SAN Switch Admin and NetApp Storage Administration. The role involves overseeing the technical aspects of storage solutions ensuring optimal performance and reliability. The work model is hybrid with no travel required and day shifts.


Responsibilities

Oversee the administration and maintenance of Cisco SAN Switches to ensure seamless data flow and storage management.Manage Brocade SAN Switches ensuring high availability and performance of storage networks.Provide expert administration of NetApp Storage systems optimizing storage solutions for efficiency and reliability.Implement and monitor storage policies and procedures to maintain data integrity and security.Troubleshoot and resolve complex storage issues minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement storage solutions that meet business requirements.Lead the development and execution of storage infrastructure projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.Conduct regular performance assessments and capacity planning to anticipate future storage needs.Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of storage configurations processes and procedures.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve storage solutions.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in storage management.Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure data protection and availability.

Qualifications

Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco SAN Switch Admin.Demonstrate expertise in Brocade SAN Switch Admin with a strong understanding of storage networking.Have extensive experience in NetApp Storage Administration with a focus on optimizing performance and reliability.Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex storage issues.Show proficiency in developing and implementing storage policies and procedures.Display excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Stay current with industry trends and advancements in storage technologies.Have a proactive approach to capacity planning and performance assessment.Demonstrate the ability to lead projects and deliver results within specified timelines.Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.Participate actively in disaster recovery planning and testing.Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team.

Certifications Required

Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Brocade Certified Network Engineer (BCNE) NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA)
