Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Lead with 3 to 6 years of experience in Jenkins DevOps Ansible and GitLab. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for continuous integration and delivery. Experience in Asset & Wealth Management or Investment Banking Operations is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software.Oversee the configuration and management of DevOps tools and processes to enhance the efficiency of the development lifecycle.Provide expertise in Ansible for automation of application deployment and configuration management.Collaborate with development teams to integrate GitLab for version control and continuous integration.Monitor and troubleshoot issues in the CI/CD pipeline to ensure smooth and uninterrupted delivery.Implement best practices for infrastructure as code and configuration management.Ensure the security and compliance of the CI/CD pipeline and related processes.Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.Mentor and guide junior team members in DevOps practices and tools.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps and CI/CD.Contribute to the improvement of processes and tools to enhance the overall efficiency of the team.Document processes configurations and best practices for future reference.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality.Qualifications
Possess strong experience in Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline development and management.Have hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices to streamline development processes.Demonstrate expertise in Ansible for automation and configuration management.Show proficiency in GitLab for version control and continuous integration.Experience in Asset & Wealth Management or Investment Banking Operations is a plus.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a CI/CD environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.The Cognizant community:
