**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Test Analyst with 5 to 6 years of experience in PEGA and Automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Payer domain. This hybrid role requires a candidate who can work effectively in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our projects. The position is a day shift with no travel required. **Responsibilities** + Develop and execute test plans and test cases for PEGA applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. + Automate test scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts. + Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability. + Identify document and track defects and ensure their resolution. + Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not impacted by new changes. + Conduct performance testing to ensure the application meets performance standards. + Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders. + Participate in requirement and design review meetings to provide input from a testing perspective. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing. + Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies. + Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on testing best practices. + Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in testing and automation. + Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site work as required. **Qualifications** + Must have strong experience in PEGA and Automation testing. + Should have a solid understanding of the Payer domain. + Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Should have experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems. + Must have strong communication and collaboration skills. + Should be detail-oriented and able to work independently. + Nice to have experience with performance testing tools. + Nice to have experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members. + Should be adaptable to changing project requirements and priorities. + Must have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks. + Should have a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement. + Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. + Should have a strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies. **Certifications Required** Certified PEGA Business Architect (CPBA) ISTQB Certified Tester Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
