**Job Summary** Finacle Technical Lead We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist (T) with 2 to 5 years of experience in FLEXCUBE - Accounting and FLEXCUBE - CASA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Asset & Wealth Management and Asset Management Operations. This role requires working from the office with rotational shifts. Proficiency in English is essential. **Responsibilities** + Oversee the implementation and maintenance of FLEXCUBE + Accounting and FLEXCUBE + CASA systems. + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for FLEXCUBE applications. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of FLEXCUBE systems. + Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards. + Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and operational procedures. + Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. + Ensure timely resolution of system issues to minimize downtime and operational impact. + Participate in system upgrades and enhancements to improve functionality and performance. + Train end-users on system functionalities and best practices. + Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed. + Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for system support and maintenance. + Provide insights and recommendations to improve asset and wealth management processes. + Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. **Qualifications** + Possess strong technical skills in FLEXCUBE + Accounting and FLEXCUBE + CASA. + Demonstrate expertise in Asset & Wealth Management and Asset Management Operations. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Show proficiency in English with strong reading writing and speaking abilities. + Have a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of relevant experience. + Display strong collaboration and communication skills. + Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
