Associate Proposal Analyst
Job Description

This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Applicant must be eligible to work in the US for immediate opening.  For this opportunity, the successful candidate will be directly employed by Bartech Staffing as a W2 employee while providing services to our end client.
Associate Proposal Analyst        
Job Responsibilities                                              
Your specific duties as a Associate Proposal Analyst will include:     Compensation (Range):  25-27/ hour 8am - 5pm ( 1 hour lunch) The Associate Proposal Analyst will be responsible for learning the CPQ (Configure Price Quote) system and using it to create customer daily and blanket proposals based on customer request for quote (RFQ) for company’s Line Installation and Protective (LIPE) products and markets as assigned. This role will use the CPQ quotation system in accordance with the Detailed Quote Guidelines (DQG) and Level of Authority (LOA). Assignments will include "cleaning" the line item Grid (LIG) in CPQ while in the draft stage to help move the quote to an approval stage. This position utilizes available tools including SAP, Qlikview and CPQ pricing systems to create Margin reports including order history, pricing elements, summary of contract terms, warranties, and other applicable comments used by members of the LIPE Marketing team to establish and approve final pricing levels.

Job Requirements
As a Associate Proposal Analyst you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities.  It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution required One year of advanced Microsoft Excel experience is required Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required Excellent oral, interpersonal and written communication skills
