Job Description
This role is fully onsite. The schedule will be determined once the site is operational. Initially, the role will be Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day during standard business hours for the first two weeks. It will then transition to a split week schedule: Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday, 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Candidates must be flexible to support either split week schedule and will have at least one weekend day off.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with environmental monitoring performance qualifications.Execute routine sample collection for environmental monitoring in classified areas.Assist with clean utilities performance qualifications including water for injection, clean steam, clean compressed air, oxygen, and carbon dioxide distribution systems.Execute sample collection for routine utilities monitoring.Assist with general lab startup activities.Perform routine tasks such as cleaning and inventory management.Support routine activities over the weekends and public holidays as required.Essential SkillsSome lab experience is preferred.Experience with environmental monitoring preferred but not required.Knowledge of aseptic technique.Experience with Good Documentation Practices/Good Laboratory Practices preferred.Good writing and verbal communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school/GED with 2 years of work experience, orAssociates degree with 6 months of work experience, orBachelor's degree in any of the biology fields.Work Environment
The work environment will be a 50/50 mix between lab-based and manufacturing floor settings. The role requires flexibility with scheduling and workload, and the candidate should be eager to learn. The position supports a new lab start-up.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00
