To learn more about Stryker’s Neurovascular division click here: https://www.stryker.com/us/en/portfolios/neurotechnology-spine/neurovascular.html **What you will do:** + Attract, develop, retain, and engage top talent, driving growth and high-quality results within the team. + Proactively address technical, business, and personnel challenges to drive positive outcomes. + Support business unit projects, including planning, budgeting, staffing, and ensuring goals are met. + Mentor and support cross-functional teams, influencing technical expertise and fostering key relationships to achieve business objectives. + Serve as a technical resource, providing ongoing feedback and coaching to direct reports and project teams. + Facilitate lab efficiency improvements and technology enhancements. + Ensure regulatory compliance and lead efforts to adhere to procedures, design controls, and quality systems. + Utilize R&D Lab Resource Planning, including capacity planning and technician work order administration collaborating across multiple locations to ensure stakeholder needs are met. + Support lab strategies including development and implementation of relevant Technician cross training. **What you need:** Required Qualifications + Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related discipline + Minimum 6 years of experience in engineering or related technical discipline in a highly regulated industry including medical device or pharmaceuticals Preferred Qualifications + Experience in the design or manufacturing of stents and catheters + 2 years of direct leadership or indirect leadership experience + Experience developing lab work instructions for process development $100,500.00 - $215,300.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.
