Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Associate Recruiter in Vernon, California. This role is primarily focused on assisting in the implementation of our Talent Acquisition strategy across all business functions within the industry. The successful candidate will be part of our team, handling a variety of duties including executing pre-employment screenings, updating applicant profiles, and providing general administrative support. Responsibilities: • Assist in the execution of pre-employment screenings and coordinate new permanent orientations. • Communicate recruiting updates to business leaders regularly. • Aid in the sourcing of candidates for high-volume roles. • Provide support in processing employment applications. • Maintain updated candidate profiles and statuses in the applicant tracking system. • Track recruiting costs, audit invoices, and manage document tasks. • Create employment postings and branding through various communication channels including social media, job boards, and job fairs. • Handle all general administrative tasks for the Talent Acquisition team, such as managing candidate walk-ins and updating recruiting metrics. • Leverage skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Careerbuilder, CRM, About Time, Applicant Track System, Background Checks, Benefit Functions, and Communication.
