Responsibilities
The Associate Relations (AR) Coordinator is responsible for administrative duties related to the intake and documentation of associate relations calls and reports including, but not limited to, those submitted to the Integrity Line. This is a growth opportunity to gain experience in, and exposure to, the field of Employee Relations. The position is part of a Center of Expertise (COE) designed to ensure associate complaints and issues are investigated in a thorough and timely manner.
Provides a broad-range of administrative and technical support to the Associate Relations team including, but not limited to, ensuring the confidentiality, efficiency and accuracy of information entered into the case management system.Serves as the initial point of contact for associate relations concerns that come in via avenues other than the Integrity Line. Performs case entry into the case management system and provides notification to appropriate AR Specialist.Completes and corrects data to ensure accurate set-up of all records related to associate relations calls and/or reports.Maintains calendars for the Associate Relations team, coordinates meetings, maintains files/records, and follows up on inquiries.Creates and maintains spreadsheets, databases, and reports. Prepares and delivers various types of presentations related to associate relations issues/trends/metrics.Conducts scripted intake and informational interviews to support AR Specialists, as requested.
