\nThe Associate Retoucher plays a vital role in bringing our brand’s visual story to life. Working closely with the Retouching Manager and Digital Asset Manager, you’ll help drive a seamless post-production workflow, ensuring high-quality visual assets across multiple channels. In this role, you’ll refine and perfect product photography, maintaining a sharp, consistent look that aligns with our brand standards. This is a highly collaborative position where you’ll partner with Creative Services, Photo Studio, Product Development, and Marketing teams to create seamless imagery that showcases our products at their best.
In This Role\nPartner with Retouching Manager on post-production workflow and retouching for internal studio photography assets (ESS photography, Seasonal Launch Assets, Marketing needs) \nSupport photo retouching and asset coordination in a high-volume environment, maintaining image quality and accuracy\nPartner with Digital Asset Manager on workflow and file management with our internal digital asset management system (Silo Asset Updates)\nAssist Retouching Manager & Digital Asset Manager with communicating imagery brand standards to our overseas teams & partners\nEvaluate product imagery to ensure they meet brand standards, including proper product color, contrast, brightness and shadow treatments\nCollaborate with the Marketing and Product Development teams to ensure visual consistency within projects, product suites and across the organization with focus on the marketplace website, speed to market launch assets, and product cutovers\nCoordinate with the Product Samples Team and CGI team to verify color of product materials using physical samples and scanned swatch library\nOther duties as assigned by Management \nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team: \nBe open and honest \nReach for excellence \nAct with responsibility \nValue the whole person \nEnjoy the journey \n\n\n
The Ideal Person\n1+ years of retouching or photo editing experience\nProficient in Adobe Photoshop, Bridge, Microsoft Office and Mac OS\nBachelor’s degree in photography, graphic design or related field\nExcellent sense of color, balance and composition\nUnderstanding of general photography best practices \nExcellent time management and organizational skills\nExperience in Figma is a plus\n
