**What You Will Do**
- JOB SUMMARY
Review, model, and analyze pricing, promotion, and other competitive elements that support and inform on business objectives for the Company’s product categories. Collaborate with other Company teams and stakeholders to deliver on projects, build cross-functional capabilities, and create value.
- WHAT YOU WILL DO
Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Supports the Company’s pricing and promotion analytics to achieve the commercial objectives of product categories.
+ Collaborates with key stakeholders within the organization through reporting and data sharing, and by providing fact-based insights.
+ Supports and leads projects that create revenue growth and optimization opportunities across brands, categories, and channels.
+ Develops a deep understanding of our external and internal environments and use that knowledge to produce high-quality analytics that often involve large, complex, and/or incomplete data sets.
+ Supports business projects by conducting various ad-hoc analyses relating to key aspects of the business and work with management to translate them into actionable insights.
+ Participates in key team and business initiatives.
+ Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or related field of study and 3+ years related work experience.
+ Must be 21 years of age or older.
Knowledge of:
+ Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
Skilled in:
+ Verbal and written communication

+ Multitasking capabilities
+ Flexibility and adaptability
Ability to:

- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
+ Master’s degree in Economics or related field of study
+ Familiarity with advanced analytics tools (R and Power BI)
**Work Environment and Physical Demand**
+ Requires moderate physical effort. Occasionally lifts or moves light objects (up to 10 lbs.)
+ Walks, sits, or stands for extended periods.
+ Requires prolonged machine operation including vehicle, computer, and keyboard equipment.
