Job DescriptionTeam Summary
The Risk & Data Solutions team is responsible for leading the strategy, prioritisation, development and delivery of Visa’s product roadmap for all risk and data solutions in the Asia Pacific markets in our Value Added Services (VAS) organisation. The team collaborates with local and global stakeholders to develop and scale Visa’s risk and data solutions for our respective markets.
What an Associate, Risk Products in the Risk Solutions team does at Visa:
The Associate, Risk Products plays an important role in the introduction of new non-card risk capabilities to the Visa Risk Solutions portfolio, specifically supporting Visa Protect for Account-to-Account Payments (VPAA), a pivotal solution that expands our risk capabilities in the A2A space. You will be supporting in the delivery, deployment and commercialisation of new non-card risk solutions (e.g. VPAA) across the AP region. The Associate, Risk Products will report to the Director Risk Products for New Capabilities.
You will have the opportunity to work with global and regional stakeholders, partnering with market teams to ensure local requirements are appropriately represented in product execution. You will support the team across the full product lifecycle including core product delivery, development of GTM materials, product training and the establishment of sales pipelines.
Important to the role is a client-oriented mindset with an understanding of card and real time payment flows. Your passion for growing new business, exceptional stakeholder management skills and a market-focused approach will enable you to succeed in this role. You must be able to operate as a member of a team with ownership of your own deliverables.
This role is based in the Asia Pacific Market Support Centre in Singapore and will work in partnership with our market teams in the delivery of ambitious product delivery and revenue goals.
Specific areas of accountability will include:
Coordinating activities to bring new risk capabilities (e.g. VPAA) into the AP region. This includes product governance, client management as appropriate and subsequent commercialization of the offeringSupporting the development and management of sales plans to bring the product to market, accelerate adoption and driving commercial success to achieve product adoption and revenue goals for the AP regionAssisting in development of product documentation to support client engagement sessions and product demonstrationsWhy this is important to Visa
Growing value-added services revenue is a key strategic priority for Visa. As the Risk Product Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering against this priority by leading efforts to bring new risk capabilities into the region. You will collaborate with key global and regional stakeholders to deliver against aggressive targets for the AP region.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
