Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented UI/UX Specialist to oversee and enhance the overall user experience of our website while ensuring its performance, accessibility, and alignment with our brand. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical, creative, and technical skills to improve user engagement, optimize conversion rates, and maintain content and design consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Job Responsibilities Publish content, including blogs, product pages, and event updates, following the editorial or marketing calendar. Ensure content accuracy with proper formatting, metadata, and adherence to editorial guidelines. Ensure adherence to brand identity and design guidelines. Create visually appealing and functional interfaces aligned with branding. Ensure responsive design for optimal experiences across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices. Implement A/B testing and track results to refine UI/UX strategies. Efficiently manage HubSpot content management systems to ensure smooth updates and manage plugin integration. Conduct regular performance audits using tools like Google Lighthouse, GTmetrix, or PageSpeed Insights. Optimize the website for faster load times, improved performance, and reduced bounce rates. Optimize content with relevant keywords, meta tags, alt texts, and headings for SEO, ensure all internal and external links are functional and contribute to SEO goals, and maintain web performance standards, including image compression and fast loading times. Monitor user behavior, analyze insights, and report on UI/UX impact using analytics tools and data-driven metrics, utilizing analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Crazy Egg for user behaviour Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate and improve conversion strategies. Design and test CTAs, forms, and navigation flows to improve user experience. Education Master of Business Administration in MarketingWork Experience Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field with 5 years of relevant experience. Proven experience in UI/UX design, website performance optimization, and content management. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, and CMS platforms such as WordPress or HubSpot. Understanding of SEO principles, web performance standards, and accessibility guidelines. Experience in A/B testing, heatmap analysis, and user behavior tracking. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines. Familiarity with performance testing tools and an understanding of web accessibility best practices. Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for implementing design improvements. Certifications in UX design, Google Analytics, or related fields.
