Responsibilities: **Associate Experience** + You will have the opportunity to engage with, and enhance, the experience for all Cedar Point associates. + Within this role, you will create, organize, and facilitate inclusive engagement opportunities, community involvement events, charitable activities, and recognition programs for over 7,000 associates. + Focus on company-wide communications, and demonstrate ongoing engagement with associates, both individually and in group settings.
