What You’ll Do
The Arista Graduate Program offers a transformative 6-month on-the-job learning experience that equips you with the essential skills and expertise necessary to excel in the Arista Customer Engineering Community. With guidance from Arista's experts and top-notch educators, you'll become proficient in Arista's state-of-the-art technology. During the first 6 months of participating in the program, you will be periodically evaluated as you progress through the program. Some travel will be required based on training and class availability.Backed by a dedicated Arista team that champions your success, you'll receive hands-on training, and real-world exposure, setting you on a path toward an electrifying career.As an Associate Services Engineer (ASE) in this program, you'll not only expand your networking knowledge but also collaborate closely with Arista System Engineers to deliver cutting-edge technical solutions to our valued customers.***Expected start date is June 2025..
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technical School, military or equivalent technical knowledge or desire to learn networking (routing, switching, automation, network security) Cumulative GPA minimum of 3.0 or higher is desired.Excellent verbal communication skills from individuals to small groups.Excellent written skills and the ability to do related documentation of opportunities/meeting follow-up.Excellent problem-solving skillsMust be able to legally live and work in the United States
Compensation Information:
The new hire base pay for this role has a salary range of $62,000 to $95,000.
Arista offers different pay ranges based on work location, so that we can offer consistent and competitive pay appropriate to the market. The actual base pay offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and work location. The pay range provided reflects base pay only and in addition certain roles may also be eligible for discretionary Arista bonuses and equity. Employees in Sales roles are eligible to participate in Arista’s Sales Incentive Plan, which pays commissions calculated as a percentage of eligible sales. US-based employees are also entitled to benefits including medical, dental, vision, wellbeing, tax savings and income protection.
