We are the captive Shared Service Provider for DHL Global Forwarding and DHL Freight (DGFF). We are an organization of more than 4,600 colleagues complemented by approximately 500 virtual FTE (i.e., bots applied in process automation). Our colleagues are based across six service delivery centers in Mumbai, Chennai, Chengdu, Manila, Bogota & Budapest. You will interact with people from all over the world and get the chance to a truly international organization.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide best-in-class service within the Control Tower service line, supporting our DGFF regions and countries globally. The role encompasses training to proficiently execute various tasks, including document and shipment information management, overseeing shipment booking and operations, monitoring shipments reactively, generating performance reports, proactively managing shipments, conducting tracking and case management, managing PMR (Performance Measurement and Reporting), and offering value-added support to TMS (Transport Management System)

Key Responsibilities: 

\n\nTo understand the requirement of the station’s / country’s documentation and ensure jobs are executed as per standard operating procedures. \n\n\nEnsure department SLAs and all Key Performance Indicators are being met as per the agreed delivery guidelines.  \n\n\nDeliver a high level of service quality through timely and accurate completion of services. \n\n\nCollaborate with colleagues within the business to identify solutions, best practices, and opportunities to improve the service to our business partners.  \n\n\nFlag any challenges in the operations to the immediate supervisor and business partner in a timely manner. \n\n\nCo-ordinate with the relevant stakeholders for regular communication and flow of information as defined for the respective service. \n\n

Required Skills/Abilities: 

\n\nBachelor´s degree. A degree in logistics, industrial engineering, management will be an advantage / Undergraduate degree (Only GSC MNL & BOG) \n\n\n0 – 3 years of job experience from BPO or logistics domain - Preferred \n\n\nGood knowledge in MS office \n\n\nEffective English communication skills, written and verbal. \n\n\nExposure to working with Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERPs) - Preferred. \n\n\nDetail oriented  \n\n\nGood logical reasoning skills  \n\n\nHigh level of customer centricity \n\n
