ROLE SUMMARY
The Associate - Social Media is responsible for supporting the digital marketing strategy for the company. The role holder is also responsible for implementing social media strategy aligned with business goals and executing campaigns.

ROLE PROFILE

Contribute to the social strategy for the market and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.Execute all digital social media and advertising campaigns in market and implement and maintain MAF Retail’s social media presence.Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.Implement action plans in order to increase productivity, performance and effectiveness of the operations.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaign and assess against goals .Works with the Commercial teams to identify successful campaigns in offline campaigns.Support Social Media Manager to identify trends and insights and optimize spend based on the insights.Proactively identify and seek professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Visual Communications / Media.0-2 years' experience in a similar position, experience in the retail industry is preferred .Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.Good problem solving skills.High attention to detail.Proactive and creative.
