Team and Role Introduction
The Paid Media (Social) reports into the Social Media Lead. He/She is responsible for the planning, buying and execution of paid social media campaigns to drive awareness, considerations, mentions, engagements and interactions to Lazada on Social.
Responsibilities
The candidate is expected to be a creative multi-tasker supporting the Lazada Social team in the following:
1. Create, implement and oversee social media buying aligned to the social media strategy
2. Responsible for campaign performance monitoring and reporting – including recommendations for improvement and continuous optimization through A/B testing of creatives
3. Responsible for media reports to internal stakeholders and post-mortem campaigns’ sharing on media performance, and areas of improvement
4. Effective and comprehensive cross-department collaboration with other marketing functions for robust Go-To-Market plans
