Key Accountabilities:
Design, develop and test solutions using prescribed tools and technologiesParticipate in meetings or workshops to understand the requirements and to develop solutionsDesign, configure, test, deploy and integrate new, modified and/or enhanced solutionsPlan and participate in deployment of Power Apps/Power Automate components in the enterprise architectureParticipate in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and user acceptance testingParticipate in the problem identification/error resolution process, including tracking, repairing, and reporting defectsProvide technical direction on design considerations for performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, disaster recovery and uptimeCreate and maintains technical design documentation to support developmentCreate test scripts and supports Quality Assurance activities as neededDebugging and fixing automation scripts in productionInvestigating and documenting better practices/alternative solutions that could be used in future developmentShare experience and knowledge to assist in the development of recommendations and solutions that are in-line with industry best practicesFollow Scrum/Agile principles and attend all scrum events like Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning and can facilitate as Scrum Master if needed.Collaborate with other members of the Scrum team to ensure timely delivery of requirements.Minimum Skills Requirement to Hire:
The candidate:
Bachelor’s Degree in any Technology courses (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, MIS, or a related Analytical field) with preference for applicants with experience in programming.Tools/Technical/Process Specific Knowledge or Skills:
Knowledgeable on Power Apps and Power Automate applications 2+ years of development experience with a solid understanding of programming concepts 1+ years of experience with any automation tool Open to Fresh Graduates as well Working knowledge and experience in any programming language. (Must have) .NET, C#, Visual Basic, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, JSON, XML and Web Services HTML 5 and CSS3 and Responsive Web Design MS-SQL Tables, Views, Stored Procedures, Triggers and Functions Understanding of process design documents and technical design documents on automation space Workflow Modeling applicationsSoft skills:
Ability to build rapport, cultivate working relationships and drive collaboration across teamsMust be an adaptable self-starter and work with minimal supervision.
