Job Description 

Partner closely with regulatory service providers to stay apprised of all emerging regulations in the EMEA region to ensure product testing, labeling, registration and overall compliance strategies support A&F’s corporate priorities as they relate to existing and new markets.

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.  

What Will You Be Doing? 

Researching and interpreting regulations throughout the EMEA region and analyzing possible outcomes to support the adoption of compliance processes and procedures.Owning and managing administrative process for product registrations and environmental product compliance reporting. Coordinating and preparing required data and reports to be submitted to regulatory bodies and agencies.Informing and educating business partners to ensure that the data and process meets all applicable global regulatory requirements.Serving as a representative of the regulatory department at regional specific meetings.  Establishing and maintaining business relationships with officials in federal and state government regulatory agencies.Performing other related duties as assigned.

What Do You Need To Bring? 

2+ years' experience in a related industryBachelor’s Degree or related experienceA strong knowledge of domestic and international regulations regarding apparel, footwear and accessories is preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteWillingness to travel
