Job Description1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
2. Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly.
3. Assist customers with product or service-related questions, account inquiries.
4. Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and ensure their satisfaction.
5. Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to effectively address customer concerns.
6. Document customer interactions and update customer records with accurate information.
7. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.
8. Upsell and cross-sell products or services basis process requirement
9. Perform all duties within team and personal targets.
10. Must be comfortable with 24*7 work environment especially night shifts.
