Associate Strategic Account Manager, Amazon Publisher Services

We are seeking a technology-savvy and customer obsessed Associate Strategic Account Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to join Amazon’s rapidly growing Advertising organization and help build industry-leading solutions for small and medium-sized publishers. You will be the primary point of contact for these publishers and maximize the value they receive from APS’ suite of cloud services. Your exceptional customer-facing skills will enable you to nurture customer relationships, build trust and provide tactful solutions at scale. You will ensure excellent customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage all phases of the customer journey for small and medium sized web, mobile and STV publishers
- Handle customer inquiries, provide relevant solutions and follow up to ensure resolution within service level agreements
- Analyze performance and provide yield optimization recommendations at scale
- Develop solutions to address key operational challenges, customer pain points, and sources of friction
- Define processes and workflows that help deliver amazing customer experiences.
- Translate publisher feedback into product requirements and collect market intelligence to help guide the overall direction of the program.
