Job Description
Work Term: Internship, Full-time (May-August 2025)Work schedule: 40 hours per weekLocation: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)Minimum Qualifications:Be graduating by April 2025 or has graduated from a post-secondary program within the past two years in any of the following fields of study: Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Consumer Psychology, Behavioral Science, Decision-Making, Communications, Public Relations, Political Science, Sociology, Data Analytics, and Healthcare-related fields.Intellectual curiosity, paired with an affinity and aptitude for creative problem solvingEffective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teamsYou’re not simply talented, but also optimistic, driven, empathetic, trustworthy, and kindDesired QualificationsExperience in marketing agency or consultancy - nice to haveWhat You'll Do:Support or lead the go-to-market strategy (targeting, channel mix, marketing ecosystem design, performance measurement) for one or more brands, all with oversight from senior team membersDevelop annual tactical plansFormulate solutions to clients’ marketing challenges and produce related project briefsWork with Analytics team to analyze brand performance and recommend optimizationsExhibit thought leadership by authoring POV documents related to industry/technology trends #LI-LP2 #LI-Hybrid
