Associate Supervisor

What you will do –  

As an Associate Supervisor, you will provide leadership and expertise for loaner kit/order fulfillment. This role will require overseeing the distribution of products/services for our representatives and customers to include: order entry; picking, shipping, tracking, creating driving routes and usage. You will also Track inventory accurately, record keeping, warehouse inventory cycle counting, managing expired products and optimize inventory utilization.  Additional responsibilities are as followed:

Oversee the inspection of incoming/outgoing kits/products for compliance with specifications and usageClean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulationsProcess orders for products while conferring with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel in order to expedite or trace deliveriesInvestigate customer complaints/track service levels and problem solve any discrepanciesWork with internal resources for alternative product obtainment (e.g. loaner bank, other warehouses, consignments)Managerial duties including but not limited to: training, coaching, performance management and evaluation, compensation management, recruitment and terminationsMaintain a state of constant audit readiness and assist with preparation for audits. Implement processes that optimize and track warehouse inventory.

What You Need -  

BS/BA in business or related discipline OR 5+ years of equivalent relevant experience in lieu of degree – requiredValid Driver’s license with good driving record - requiredAbility to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call/participate in rotational on call as needed – requiredAbility to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs – requiredDemonstrated warehouse/inventory control experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment - preferred

Travel Percentage: 10%

$70,400 - $109,400 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors
