Associate Supplier Engagement Manager - II
**About This Role** The Associate Supplier Engagement Manager II will serve as the primary Ace representative to over 25 suppliers under the SAVINGSource program. This individual will advance the SAVINGSource program by managing supplier performance, contract management and the overall relationship management. This individual will manage and be accountable for supplier service levels and take all necessary steps to mitigate supplier risk and enhance the SAVINGSource program **What You’ll Do** + Supplier Relationship Management – Serve as the primary Ace representative to over 25 suppliers under the SAVINGSource program and is accountable for supplier performance, contract management and the overall relationship management. This individual will manage and be accountable for supplier service levels and take all necessary steps to mitigate supplier risk and enhance the SAVINGSource program. + Integration – This individual will contribute to the development of custom integration plans that enable suppliers to further integrate with appropriate internal business units, increasing the supplier and program’s relevance. This individual will be accountable to drive continuous improvement that results in increased program sales volume. + Trade Show – Support the development of the SAVINGSource booth and specifically manager supplier participation and planning. + Reporting – Source key data from each supplier, analyzing and reporting retail spend under management, rebate and other key metrics. + Escalation / Retailer Conflict Resolution – Manage retailer/supplier conflict, and will work to enforce contract terms and conditions and provide support to our retailers. + Special Projects – Develop and execute ad-hoc projects that support the development and growth of the SAVINGSource program. **Who You Are** You thrive in a highly collaborative team environment and enjoy working together to achieve shared goals. You bring a positive, solutions-oriented attitude and are passionate about building strong relationships both internally and with external suppliers. **Required Skills** + An undergraduate degree in an area such as business management, operations, finance, supply chain or 10 years relevant experience. + 5 years of relevant experience in sales, supplier management and operations. + Ability to lead in a fast-paced, hands-on, start-up environment.
