Associate Supply Chain Analyst
SUMMARY
Mortenson is currently hiring an Associate Supply Chain Analyst who will be responsible for working with Senior Supply Chain Equipment Analysts and other Senior Managers to support Supply Chain operational activities. Responsible for providing a high level of internal and external customer support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide detailed summaries and reports as directed. Ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative, team-based environment Displays developing analytical and problem-solving skills Assist with assigned business challenges and contribute in the effort to provide process improvements and analyze the necessary data to drive improved business performance Provide support to consume and consolidate large amounts of data into centralized, sustainable, and repeatable measurements Partner with other Supply Chain Analysts to provide corrective action to program data when necessary Learning and gaining knowledge of BLU54/Supply Chain processes to support their business initiatives when working cross-functionally Partner with ITS and Supply Chain businesses to support Oracle daily production activities and new system functionality Maintain existing configurations and setups within our Oracle Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, and Manufacturing modules Support end-users in answering questions and providing system resolutions Support opportunities to continuously improve our end-user experience across our supply chain processes Collaborate with business teams to define and implement operations requirements Support and perform system End-to-End Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing Develop and maintain system procedures, process training, and process mapping across Supply Chain teams Provide cross functional support as needed Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels All other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field preferred; or high school diploma or GED and 0-4 years of equivalent experience Intermediate ability in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, Power Point, Power BI, Visio) and the ability to navigate and learn computer systems and software applications Attention to detail and accuracy Developing skills in the following area: Problem solving – ability to quickly assess current state and formulate recommendations Clear and concise written/oral communication skills Ability to multi-task, keep organized and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment Developing organization and planning skills Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback Limited knowledge and experience within Oracle Purchasing, Inventory, and/or Order Management modules (preferred) Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback Current driver’s license Ability to travel up to 10%A few benefits offered include:

(Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
