We work hard to inspire a sense of belonging that continually motivates our teams – from the newest to the most tenured employees. **Serving up the care – and career – you crave.** **WHAT YOU'LL DO** Responsible for configuring, monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing software and associated hardware & operating systems related to Kitchen and Dining Room Management systems. Applies communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments. Assists with developing and enhancing current global application support models and processes within the Kitchen Systems and Dining Room Management. + Oversees and monitors all technical components of Kitchen systems and Dining room management. Follows documented IT process for system implementations, upgrades, and maintenance. Identifies strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of existing systems and identifies alternative technology solutions to optimize the use and performance of the system. Evaluate and test new features of the system. + Works with Kitchen Systems BA and Product Manager to ensure product, item routing and workflow data is accurate and complete, per the specs gathered in requirements. Configures and maintains store specific datasets along with corporate level settings in SaaS solutions. + Assists in OLO configuration as needed. + Actively coordinates with Kitchen systems BA and Product Manager to determine product road maps that may include future enhancements, system upgrades, and new features to ensure the proper priorities are built in the latest product releases as needed, assist with online ordering projects and data configuration. + Provides third tier escalation support to all systems by actively leading to determine root cause for all system, data, and software support issues. Evaluate systems to determine the cause of problems to improve system functionality. + Adding and removing hardware - We continually procure new hardware and software for running our stores. This includes kitchen systems, mobile devices, WiFi access points, internet connections, printers, etc. + Adding and removing users - Responsible or standardizing the accesses and structure for each user group in the Kitchen and Dining Room systems. + Helping Users - This part of the job is support to the development staff and the power user. The explanation and investigation of problems and response issues is a continuing task.
