We are looking for an Associate Systems Engineer to join the Technology team in Hartford, supporting NBC Connecticut. As an Associate Systems Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for assisting with the implementation and support of technology and users within our mission critical, media production and enterprise IT environment. Job Responsibilities:
+ Support the administration of media production applications, systems and infrastructure, ensuring reliability of technology and operations.
+ Be able to read and understand system documentation for operational and troubleshooting purposes.
+ Provide technical support, incident response, and customer communication.
+ Ensure compliance with NBCUniversal cyber security policies and standards.
+ All other duties as assigned.
+ Required onsite. This position is required to be performed full time onsite from an NBCUniversal designated work site.
