The Associate Systems Integration Engineer (ASI) will be responsible for Integration Services for a Verint provided solution into a customer site, partner cloud or Verint Cloud solution. This role requires a wide range of technical knowledge to deliver Customer Engagement Solutions including but not limited to Call Recording, Quality Monitoring, Workforce Management, Speech Analytics, Text Analytics, Back Office and Customer Feedback.
The candidate will be expected to integrate 3rd party software with the Verint product suite as well as configure specific integrations and MI reporting to meet customer business needs.
Success will be measured by ensuring that the customer is satisfied, the implementation of integrations meet all requirements of the design, build standards and that the solution has been completed to agreed quality standard in a timely manner.
The ASI will work with Project Managers, Application Consultants and Design Architects to deliver projects to customers as defined in the statement of work (SOW). The AIE will be expected to input into the technical planning of the project as well as clearly documenting the final technical solution to hand over to the Support organisation.
The ASI will have core working hours but would be expected to be flexible to meet the needs of specific projects. The role is predominately remote but travel to regional Verint office may be required. Travel to Customer sites may also be required on an exceptional basis but is not expected in this role.
