Join us as **Associate Talent Acquisition** for 12 months in Madrid and help us to build the dream teams that power our success in business aviation. **Your role** + **Candidate Experience:** Ensure a timely and professional communication throughout the hiring process, fostering a positive and seamless experience for candidates. + **Recruitment Support** : Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
